Sr. Property Manager - Office / Commercial 

Regis Property Management, LLC is a commercial real estate property firm. We provide a fully integrated platform of services to Pillar Income Asset Management and its affiliates. The Property Manager is responsible for a portfolio of commercial properties in the DFW area.


Essential Job Duties:

· Develop, manage, and administer annual operating and capital budgets while maintaining strong financial controls and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

· Oversee all aspects of lease administration, ensuring compliance with lease provisions and accurate execution of landlord obligations.

· Build and maintain exceptional relationships with tenants by responding promptly to requests, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

· Conduct routine property inspections to ensure the highest standards of building appearance, safety, maintenance, and operational performance while identifying opportunities for property enhancements.

· Prepare scopes of work, solicit competitive bids, analyze proposals, and present recommendations for ownership approval. Administer service contracts and purchase orders.

· Manage and evaluate vendor and contractor performance to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract specifications.

· Review, code, and approve invoices while maintaining accurate financial records and adherence to company policies.

· Monitor and oversee rent collections, tenant receivables, and delinquency reporting in accordance with lease requirements.

· Prepare comprehensive monthly ownership reports, including financial statements, budget variance analyses, leasing activity, accounts receivable status, capital project updates, and operational highlights.

· Manage tenant improvement projects, capital improvement initiatives, environmental matters, and other property-related construction activities from planning through completion.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable fire, life safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a safe environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.

· Lead, mentor, and develop on-site team members by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional performance.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, ownership representatives, and local stakeholders.

· Represent the ownership and management company with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.

· Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the continued success of the portfolio.


Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in property operations as a commercial property manager
  • Strong understanding of commercial leases, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe
  • Working knowledge of IMPAK or other work order software
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Detail oriented
  • Understanding of accounting, both cash and accrual
