Busy property management company seeking a task runner to deliver notices, attend meetings and showings, do inspections of vacant apartments, collect paperwork from tenants and more if able. Company truck availble to use for right candidate. Must be willing to drive 1-2hours from raleigh and back. Contract 1099 position
