Assistant Property Manager 

Reports to: Property Manager 

Location: Moore, OK

Units: 

Salary: $23.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)

Housing Benefit: 50% rent discount for onsite living

 

 

Summary:

National Property Management Associates Inc. (NPMA) is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our Class A, 315-unit residential apartment community, located in Moore, OK, adhering to the highest standards of performance. NPMA is a well established and growing national property management company that has been in business for over 60 years that values integrity and teamwork!

 

The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in residential property management and thrive in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

  • Address tenant concerns and maintain open and consistent communication
  • Prepare market surveys
  • Outreach marketing and updating online ads
  • All leasing functions including evictions and move ins
  • Various reporting responsibilities
  • Processing security deposit refunds
  • Accounts receivable duties including collection & processing of rent income
  • Send former tenants past due accounts for collection
  • Resident event planning
  • Upkeep with the property's social media accounts

 

Skills:

  • Property management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
  • MRI experience preferred
  • Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Comply with all state and federal fair housing trainings
