Senior Community Manager – Mobile Home Park Manager

Community Management Group is committed to providing secure and affordable housing for our residents by providing excellent customer service, clean communities, and promoting home ownership and financial freedom, all while maintaining a high degree of integrity. At CMG our Senior Community Managers play an integral role, as they are responsible for daily tasks at the properties they are assigned. This includes overseeing onsite vendors performing maintenance and repairs, enforcing community rules and regulations, and some of the financial aspects of the park.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily operations of park.
  • Oversite of vendors on site.
  • Assist with gathering bids for site projects.
  • Making sure the park looks great.
  • Leasing of vacant units.
  • Enforcing lease agreements, including posting of all management letters and legal notices.
  • Assist with completing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Responsible for conducting regular property tours and inspections.
  • First line of contact for all residents including.
  • Complete small maintenance or landscaping tasks on site.
  • Respond to emergencies as needed.


Qualifications

  • Computer Skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Three years’ customer service experience
  • Fair Housing
  • Ability to meet deadlines


Preferred - Qualifications

    • High school or equivalent
    • One-year Property Management experience
    • Leasing experience
    • Knowledge of competing parks within region
    • Technology: Rent Manager, Dropbox, Gopro
    • Experience managing maintenance tasks
    • Vendor relations 
    • Driver's License
    • Basic marketing - Facebook, Craigslist etc



Compensation:

    • Salary – up to $25/hr DOE
    • Free lot rent – optional
    • Monthly bonus potential
    • Flexible schedule

Job Type:  Part-Time (about 20 hours a week)
