Service Manager
Berger Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Manager for Glenmoore Apartments in Glenmoore, PA. We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, team-driven, and takes pride in delivering top-notch service every day.
In this role, you’ll be leading a skilled maintenance team, tackling challenges head-on, and keeping our community in great shape. Pay & Benefits
- $62,000/annually, paid biweekly, plus:

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means:
- Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
- Getting empty apartments move-in ready
- Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
- Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
- Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
- Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
