Currently, we are searching for an Assistant Manager to work at Clear Horizon Apartment Community in Shreveport, LA.
Description:
This position is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in the daily aspects of on- site management and operations for the community at which they are employed. The assistant will also assist the Community Manager and supervisors with special projects and administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Assist in directing and supervision of leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping staff.
- Rent collection and posting
- Actively work on collecting delinquent rent
- Process invoices
- Complete Move Out Inspections
- Assist in answering phones and tending to vendor and resident requests.
- Entering work orders
- Update Make Readies in Yardi.
Qualifications:
- Computer knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Candidate must have a full understanding of compliance documents and deadlines.
- A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with particular attention to details needed.
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years of Tax Credit, HUD, and Property Management experience preferred
- Background Screening and Drug Test Required.
