Job Summary
As an Assistant Community Manager, you'll help oversee daily operations at a multi-family apartment community. You'll support leasing, resident relations, rent collection, renewals, and overall property performance. This role is perfect for someone organized, people-focused, and driven to grow in property management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with residents and prospects

  • Respond to maintenance requests and ensure completion

  • Handle leasing tours and questions

  • Process rent payments and late notices

  • Manage renewals and retention efforts

  • Maintain resident files and property records

  • Assist the Community Manager with daily operations

  • Take on additional projects as needed

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years assistant property manager experience

  • Onesite experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to learn new systems

  • Experience with conflict resolution and tenant relations

  • Positive, energetic, and aligned with company values

  • Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
