CAMS is on the search for a full-time Assistant Community Association Manager to aid in the daily operations of the Greenville, SC office. The position will be heavily involved in assisting with the management of HOA communities.
Prior Home Owner Association or property management experience is preferred.

The position hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Pay range is $20.00 - $21.00 hourly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Community Managers in all aspects of the job
  • Greet, welcome and direct clients that come into the office
  • Provide administrative support
  • Assist with communication to community boards of directors
  • Schedule and prepare for regular board meetings
  • Maintain communication with homeowners
  • Respond to homeowner needs
  • Assist in the analysis of monthly financial reports, learn to create variance reports for the boards of directors
  • Contribute to monthly management reports
  • Contact vendors for community maintenance and special projects
  • Attend regular meetings with the management firm
  • Other items as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to learn on the job
  • Some general accounting/financial knowledge
