Assistant Facility Manager

Provide Facility / Customer Service support to all staff: 

• Conduct daily walk-throughs for all floors and report facilities-related problems (i.e. dirty carpet, lights out, missing supplies, etc.)

• Facilities Environment oversight (cleaning, pest control, waste disposal, landscape), building and mechanical / electrical maintenance. Liaise with property management as needed.

• Vendor and project management; escorting visitors through the facility (may include some evenings and weekends)

• Coordinate Health and Safety monthly inspections

• Support investigations for all health and safety incidents and ensure corrective actions are assigned and corrected using client system of record.

• Keep track of any safety violations and make sure they are fixed

• Control the forms used in a Health and Safety Plan

• Facilitate the creation of Safe Work Instructions

• Invoice Processing for facilities related expenditures for ADSI and Airbus Group

• Coordinate with facilities vendors to ensure contracted services are completed

• Backup for wireless account program for ADSI employees

• Coordinate office supplies and stationery program for ADSI

• Perform weekly check-ups on Generator fuel status

• Coordinate Federal Express and UPS programs

Provide Administrative services support: 

• Operate and maintain an effective invoice and lease administration filing system for the department.

• Coordinate with building management for tenant requests

• Assist with the set-up and break-down of corporate events.

• Other Duties assigned

• Team player and the ability to effectively collaborate is important
