What You'll Be Doing: Leadership in Action – Partner with the Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of the community, helping ensure every department runs smoothly and efficiently. Resident Experience Champion – Build lasting relationships with current and future residents by providing exceptional service, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming community. Leasing Partner – Support leasing efforts by helping drive occupancy, maintaining competitive pricing, following up on prospects, and assisting with renewals. Operations Expert – Assist with budgets, financial reporting, rent collection, delinquency management, and administrative functions that keep the business running. Maintenance Liaison – Partner closely with the maintenance team to prioritize work orders, oversee apartment readiness, and ensure the community maintains exceptional curb appeal. Team Support – Help coach, motivate, and support the leasing and maintenance teams while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Problem Solver – Tackle resident concerns, operational challenges, and day-to-day issues with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset. What We're Looking For: Emerging Leader – At least 2 years of multifamily property management experience and 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience. Affordable Housing Experience – Experience with Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs, including eligibility, certifications, recertifications, and compliance paperwork, is highly preferred. Resident-Focused – You genuinely enjoy helping people and creating an outstanding customer experience.
