About the Role:
As an Assistant Property Manager at Zenith Group Management Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of your assigned properties. You will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Your ultimate goal will be to help us maintain high occupancy rates and ensure tenant satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and property management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience with property management software.
- Knowledge of local and state regulations related to property management.
- Experience in marketing and leasing properties.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager with tenant relations, including responding to inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for our properties, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, and ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, building codes, and tenant rights.
- Assist in the marketing and leasing of our properties, including conducting property tours and screening potential tenants.
Skills:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will need strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will interact daily with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is required to manage financial records and other important documents. Knowledge of local and state regulations governing property management is also important for ensuring compliance.
