We are seeking a reliable and ambitious Assistant Property Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about property management, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to assist with the daily operations of the property, this role is perfect for you!  

What You’ll Be Doing:  

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the property under the guidance of the Property Manager. You will assist with leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight while ensuring the property’s high standards and providing top-notch service to both residents and staff.  

Essential Responsibilities:  

Leasing, Collections, and Resident Services:  

Address delinquent accounts and initiate the eviction process, filing necessary documents and attending court hearings if required.  

Assist in following up on delinquencies and ensure timely collection of payments.  

Handle all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, resident insurance, and lease renewals as needed.  

What We’ll Expect from You:  

Qualifications:  

Two to three years of related experience and/or training.  

Prior experience in property management or managerial experience in a sales/customer service role.  

Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for traveling between properties.
