Position Summary
Robbins Property Associates is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support property operations, financial performance, collections, resident relations, and leasing activity at a multi-family apartment community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage collections, delinquency, and resident accounts
- Assist with renewals and occupancy goals
- Support financial reporting and operational accuracy
- Address resident concerns professionally
- Assist with leasing and touring as needed
- Support the Property Manager in daily operations
