What You’ll Do As the Assistant Property Manager I, you will work closely with the Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the property while helping deliver an exceptional resident experience. Key responsibilities include: Assisting residents and applicants in person, by phone, and via email Processing applications and maintaining accurate waiting lists Supporting leasing and occupancy goals Assisting with unit turnover coordination Collecting and posting rent payments accurately and timely Supporting compliance processes and resident recertifications Maintaining organized and audit-ready resident files Entering and tracking maintenance work orders Conducting routine property inspections Assisting with administrative and operational functions as needed What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: Organized and detail-oriented Customer service driven with strong communication skills Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Eager to learn and grow within the property management industry Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 3 years of experience in property management, leasing, administrative support, or customer service preferred xperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to learn property management software such as Yardi Join a Team Where Your Work Makes a Difference If you are ready to build valuable experience, grow your career, and contribute to a team dedicated to creating quality communities, we encourage you to apply today.   About the Company: CHP works to create homes and communities that are healthy, sustainable, and affordable.
