What You’ll Do As a Leasing Consultant II, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for both prospective and current residents by: Welcoming and assisting prospective residents with warmth and professionalism Conducting community and apartment tours Managing leasing applications and move-in documentation Supporting lease renewals and resident retention efforts Coordinating move-in and move-out inspections Maintaining resident files and ensuring compliance standards are met Collaborating closely with property management and compliance teams This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
