As our Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our community and ensuring our residents receive top‑tier service. You’ll handle essential operations such as processing applications, completing annual renewals, guiding the team in the Manager’s absence, and helping maintain peak occupancy, strong customer satisfaction, and successful inspections. Your experience with leasing, hospitality, and customer service will shine every day.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3 years of apartment industry experience
  • 3 years of Section 42 tax credit experience
  • A positive, people-first mindset
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A passion for teamwork and delivering exceptional service
  • A valid drover's license is required
