Weatherly Ridge is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead our community and drive success.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of Property Management leadership experience
  • 3+ years of Section 42 Tax Credit experience
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Proven team-building and leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • Weekend availability as needed
  • CAM, CAPS, or HCCP designations are a plus
  • Valid driver's license required

As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the community, including occupancy, financial performance, compliance, resident satisfaction, team leadership, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.
