What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you'll be the bridge between tenants, property managers, and our corporate office-keeping everything running smoothly and professionally. Responsibilities include:
- Complete general administrative task for leadership
- Acting as the first point of contact for tenants and visitors-managing phone inquiries, scheduling, and correspondence
- Supporting on-site personnel and ensuring timely communication across teams
- Coordinating lease renewals, notices, rent collection, security deposit refunds, and legal processes
- Maintaining accurate tenant records, files, and financial data in MRI property management software
- Assisting with tenant move-ins, inspections, and fit-outs
- Collaborating with tenants and management to resolve issues and deliver top-tier customer service
- Supporting property technologies including surveillance, call box, and directory systems
- Traveling occasionally to local properties for signage, inspections, and tenant meetings
What You Bring to the Table
- Prior experience in commercial property manager preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general tech savvy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Financial acumen-comfortable calculating percentages, interest, and commissions
- Team player attitude with flexibility and professionalism
