Full job details

Housing Visions is growing again and we need great people to join our team! Location would be at our Olean, NY office located at 422 East State Street. This is a Part Time position, Monday – Friday 9:00 am - 2:00pm. Pay Range is $19-$22/hr.

Property Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Market and lease residential units
  • Collect rents and manage delinquencies
  • Meet the needs of tenants and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies
  • Manage cash flow and property budgets
  • Oversee lease renewals and income verifications
  • Handle evictions, audits, and inspections
  • Perform other property management duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience
  • Strong customer service background; experience resolving tenant or client concerns
  • Banking, finance, or cash handling experience highly valued
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and local regulations a plus
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Experience with audits, inspections, or compliance is a plus
