What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community
  • Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and resident retention
  • Manage community financial performance, including collections, delinquency, and budget adherence
  • Recruit, develop, and coach onsite team members
  • Build positive relationships with residents while resolving concerns professionally and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing requirements, and regulatory guidelines
  • Monitor property appearance, curb appeal, and maintenance performance
  • Analyze reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute action plans to achieve property goals
  • Partner with regional leadership to maximize community performance and resident satisfaction

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous Community Manager experience in multifamily property management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proven success with occupancy, collections, resident retention, and financial performance
  • Excellent resident relations and customer service abilities
  • Experience managing budgets, reports, and property performance metrics
  • Proficiency with Yardi or other property management software preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) a plus!
