CVG Properties is looking for an experienced customer service-oriented Community Manager to join our Dallas Team and lead the day-to-day operations of two newer communities (196 units total) located in the Lower Greenville and Oak Lawn neighborhoods of Dallas.

The Community Manager (and all team members) will office out of the West Lemmon community, but will coordinate, work on, and travel between the communities as necessary to manage both successfully.

As a CVG Community Manager and the CEO of your own multi-million dollar multifamily communities you will work closely with the Regional Manager to lead the office/leasing team and the Maintenance Team activities on both properties, coordinating, scheduling and participating in all operational activities to provide best in class customer service, driving the financial performance of the communities and the growth of your team. Starting with a focus on providing best-in-class customer service to our residents and to all potential residents, the property manager will ensure efficient operations through proper revenue and expense control, vendor relations, maintenance, lease administration, team building and monthly reporting. Day to day, that means:
- Embodying an owner's mindset
- Leading, developing, and supporting your team members
- Driving occupancy, leasing, and renewals, by creating a positive environment that promotes a strong resident experience.
- Strategic Leasing and Renewal Management
- Managing each property to its approved operating budget - rents, collections, delinquency, and CVG's key performance indicators.
- Working closely with the Maintenance Service Manager to evaluate the property daily to make sure that the curb appeal, amenities, apartments, and turns align CVG Standards.
- Overseeing turns, capital projects, and vendor relationships to keep all communities in top condition and on schedule.
- Conduct all pre-move out and move out inspections and deposit accounting in accordance with company and TX policies and laws.
- Conducting market surveys and shopping the competition to stay aware of neighboring market conditions
- Traveling between the communities as needed to lead the teams and keep operations on track.
- Handling lease administration and submitting accurate weekly and monthly reports on time.
- Keeping operations compliant with Fair Housing and company standards.
What You Bring
- 2+ years as a Community Manager, with multi-site or multi-property experience preferred.
- Comfort managing multiple sites and the travel between them; reliable transportation required.
- A positive, service-first attitude and a genuine drive to be the best at what you do.
- High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- CAM, CPM designation preferred.
- Fair Housing certification before interacting with prospects or residents (we'll help you get there).
- Comfort working with technology. We use Yardi, EliseAI for prospect and resident communication, and DOMO for reporting and analytics; experience with these is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance.
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends when the communities need you.

Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000+, depending on experience.
