Key Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement work alongside the facilities team.

Set priorities and assign tasks to Facilities Technicians and Custodians while actively participating in daily operations.

Lead by example — this is a working role that requires physical presence and direct involvement in facilities tasks.

Coordinate with the Director of Operations on vendors for significant repairs, projects, estimates, and invoices.

Oversee Custodians to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facilities.

Manage and oversee the use of Limble for maintenance scheduling and tracking.
Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all facilities operations meet compliance standards and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate documentation and communication for permits, licenses, and inspections across all areas of responsibility.

Report compliance updates and significant operational issues to the Director of Operations.
Qualifications:

Proven hands-on experience in facilities, maintenance, or a related trade.

Ability to perform a broad range of maintenance and repair tasks.

Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and working alongside diverse teams.

Familiarity with vendor coordination and cost management.

Knowledge of compliance requirements for facilities operations.

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience with maintenance tracking systems.
-
Knowledge of general carpentry, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and/or other facilities-related areas.

Experience coordinating and completing repairs and facility projects.
