We have been providing our Southern Nevada community with an alternative source of premium beverages and stellar service since 2001. You’ll find our exciting portfolio of wines, spirits, and craft beers in fine restaurants, world-class casino resorts, and leading retailers throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Job Description:

  • Ensure MEPFS (mechanical, electric, plumbing, fire, security) systems function and apply with standards and are repaired as needed.

  • Responsible for maintenance, repair, and monitoring the building heating and cooling.

  • Maintain and repair pumps and water circulation systems.

  • Provide facility and company-wide technical, engineering and project management leadership and support.

  • Aid in the development of preventative, corrective, and operational procedures.    

  • Ensure compliance with MEPFS inspections, testing and certification requirements.

  • Oversee care and maintenance of grounds and structural components of buildings.

  • Respond to emergency situations, inclement weather, snow removal and after-hours services.

  • Ordering of equipment and materials as needed.

  • Work with 3rd party contractors when needed.

  • Coordinate work bids and service agreements.

  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, annual, inspections and maintain required logs or computer-based records.

  • Ensure building supplies are properly stock and all other tasks as assigned.

  • Perform any other task as assigned.

Required Skills,Experience, and Attributes:

  • HVAC experience with chillers and rooftop AC units

  • A two-year technical associates degree in mechanical systems operation (preferred).

  • 5-7 years of mechanical experience.

  • Electrical aptitude is required.

  • Verifiable experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation systems, security systems.

  • Must be self-directed and an independent worker.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends to meet periodic on call requirements.

  • Flexible to meet day to day requirements of a widely varied nature.
