Lead a Brand-New Class A Community from Day One

The Martino Group is seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Property Manager to lead the full lease-up and stabilization of a brand-new Class A apartment community.
 

This is not a maintenance role. This is not a “keep things running” position.
 

This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity to take a luxury asset from first unit delivered to stabilized performance and build a top-performing community in one of North Texas’ fastest-growing submarkets.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Drive Leasing Performance:
• Execute lease-up strategy and hit occupancy goals
• Lead tours and closing efforts
• Monitor and adjust performance metrics
 

Build & Lead a High-Performance Team:
• Hire, train, and develop staff
• Set expectations and accountability
 

Own Financial Performance:
• Manage rent growth and concessions
• Control expenses and track KPIs
 

Execute Marketing:
• Leverage digital platforms and local outreach
• Continuously optimize strategies
 

Deliver Resident Experience:
• Maintain high service standards
• Resolve issues proactively

What You Bring

• 3+ years residential property management experience
• Lease-up experience preferred
• Strong financial and operational knowledge
• Experience with Yardi or similar software
• Knowledge of Fair Housing
• Marketing and digital leasing experience
