Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team!

Schedule: Thursday through Monday, Wage: $22.00 to $24.00 depending on experience

What We’re Looking For:

Yardi Experience preferred

 Prior leasing experience

 Strong administrative and communication skills
 Self-motivated and deadline-driven
 Comfortable working weekends (Wed–Sun schedule)
 Tech-savvy and detail-oriented

Minimum Requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Proficiency in English and basic math
  • Physical ability to lift 25 lbs., climb stairs/ladders, and work in varying weather conditions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist prospective residents
  • Conduct property tours and complete leasing paperwork
  • Maintain accurate records and market surveys
  • Ensure community appearance and curb appeal
  • Support marketing efforts and resident events
  • Collaborate with vendors and assist with unit turnovers
