Princeton Property Management is seeking a high-performing Leasing Agent to join our team for an exciting lease-up at Grand Vista Apartments.
You will help bring this property to life by building occupancy, creating buzz, and delivering an exceptional resident experience from day one.
Schedule: Thursday–Tuesday | 40 hours per week
Pay: $24.00 to $26.00/hour/DOE + excellent bonus potential
Perks: $85/month phone reimbursement

What You’ll Bring:
- Proven leasing experience with a strong sales mindset
- Experience in lease-ups or high-traffic communities is a plus
- Yardi experience preferred
- Confident communicator who can build rapport and close the sale
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
- Flexible and ready to meet the demands of a high-energy lease-up

Minimum Requirements:
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Proficiency in English and basic math
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs., climb stairs/ladders, and work in varying weather conditions
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents
- Conduct property tours and complete leasing paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and market surveys
- Ensure community appearance and curb appeal
- Support marketing efforts and resident events
- Collaborate with vendors and assist with unit turnovers
