Evergreen Real Estate is hiring an experienced  Leasing Agent to join our team!

The luxury community located in the heart of Downtown Chattanooga,TN.

We are looking for a Leasing Agent with leasing experience (growth opportunity) who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working with residents and prospective residents.

Position Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and assist with maintaining occupancy

• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours

• Process rental applications and supporting documentation

• Complete income certifications and recertifications

• Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records

• Verify income and other eligibility documentation

• Prepare and process lease paperwork

• Communicate with residents regarding leasing requirements and documentation

• Follow up with prospective residents throughout the leasing process

• Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs

• Maintain organized and up-to-date files

• Work closely with property management and maintenance staff

• Help address resident questions and concerns

• Assist with resident retention and maintaining a positive community environment

• Follow company policies and Fair Housing requirements

• Maintain confidentiality of resident information

• Provide professional and friendly customer service

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or property management experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

• Professional and dependable

• Comfortable working with residents from diverse backgrounds

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
