Description
Career opportunity for a seasoned professional who is looking to take their career to management level with a large property management company. As a Senior Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in attracting potential residents, ensuring high occupancy rates, and providing exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities will include:
- Executing and updating property marketing materials, providing leasing tours, and possess renewal strategies to achieve resident retention goals.
- Demonstrating strong customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering resident questions, and responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services.
- Acting in accordance with company procedures and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing requirements.
- Working independently as well as cooperatively with the Property Manager and team.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who will be working closely with the property manager to gain knowledge of management responsibilities.

Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years working in leasing or real estate.
- Personable leasing specialist with strong closing ratio.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Capable of managing entire leasing process from initial inquiry to move in.
- Familiar with resident retention and renewing leases.
- Ensure all service requests are followed through until completion.
- Develop and maintain long lasting relationships with current residents.
- Knowledge of property management software operating systems
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate or property management are advantageous.
