Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
Greet and qualify prospective residents
Conduct property tours and highlight apartment features and benefits
Follow up with prospects and work to close leases
Process applications and secure deposits in compliance with Fair Housing guidelines
Track traffic, guest cards, and leasing activity
Assist current residents and ensure excellent customer service
Handle service requests and follow up as needed
Stay informed on market trends and competitor pricing
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
Yardi experience preferred
Strong communication and closing skills
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Basic computer skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Leasing 101 certification within 3 months
