Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can build relationships, showcase beautiful apartment homes, and be part of a growing community?   Fairmont Management Inc. is seeking an energetic, professional, and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at a large, 251-unit garden-style apartment community in West Covina.   Conveniently located just south of the 10 freeway and moments from the Westfield shopping mall, this community offers residents easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and major commuter routes throughout the San Gabriel Valley and beyond.   This is an especially exciting time to join the team as the property prepares to break ground on a major courtyard renovation that will transform the outdoor experience with new BBQ areas, fire pits, and outdoor dining spaces designed to create an elevated, resort-style poolside atmosphere. You’ll combine strong customer service skills with sales ability to showcase apartment homes, build relationships, and help drive occupancy at a community that is actively evolving and improving.   This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service while helping prospects find a place they’re excited to call home.   You’ll also have the unique opportunity to lease newly renovated apartment homes and promote exciting upcoming amenity enhancements that will elevate the resident lifestyle experience throughout the community.
