About the Role
As the Assistant Community Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations and success of the community. You will work closely with the Community Manager to oversee leasing, resident relations, operations, marketing, and administrative functions while helping deliver an exceptional living experience for residents.

QualificationsKey Responsibilities
Leasing & Resident Experience
Welcome and tour prospective residents
Drive leasing activity through strong sales and follow-up
Process applications and prepare lease documents
Coordinate smooth move-ins and renewals
Build positive relationships with residents and vendors
Help create a warm, engaging community atmosphere
Operations & Administration
Assist with daily property operations
Maintain resident files and property records
Support rent collection and notices
Coordinate service requests and follow-up
Assist with budgeting and reporting
Support ongoing renovation coordination and resident communication
Community & Team Support
Partner with the Community Manager to support onsite staff
Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of amenities and common areas
Contribute to resident retention initiatives and events
Uphold Fairmont’s culture of professionalism and excellence
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of property management experience preferred
Leasing and customer service experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional and positive demeanor
Organized with strong attention to detail
Experience with Appfolio preferred
Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
