Job DetailsJob Location: Wyndham Apartments - Chicago, IL 60640Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $19.00 - $23.00 HourlyDo you possess sales and customer service experience? If so, we might have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a Leasing Consultant for our residential property The Wyndham Apartments. The ideal candidate is someone with an outgoing personality and a customer-focused approach. In your role as a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for generating traffic, prospect tours, and meeting occupancy goals. Pay range: $19/hr. - $23.00/hr. commensurate with experience

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Two years of experience in sales and customer service
Prior experience in property management is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
Must be available to work Saturdays.
Your Contributions
Provide exceptional customer service to all prospects and residents.
The ability to convert leads into tours.
Actively listen to prospect needs and show available apartments.
Meet required closing goals.
Process resident screenings and prepare lease documents.
Thoroughly walk apartments to ensure move-in ready.
Assist with resident relations and functions.
Learn surrounding market
Follow all fair housing compliance laws and regulations.
Any other responsibilities required for the role.
