The ideal candidate is someone with an outgoing personality and a customer-focused approach. In your role as a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for generating traffic, prospect tours, and meeting occupancy goals. The ability to convert leads into tours. Actively listen to prospect needs and show available apartments. Meet required closing goals. Process resident screenings and prepare lease documents. Thoroughly walk apartments to ensure move-in ready.  Assist with resident relations and functions. Learn surrounding market  Follow all fair housing compliance laws and regulations.
