As an Apartment Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of our community, building lasting relationships with current and future residents. You’ll showcase our fabulous multi-family homes, turning prospects into residents with your sales expertise. This fast-paced role is perfect for someone driven to achieve results in a dynamic environment.    Your Day-to-Day: Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and expertly match them with our community’s amenities.     Conduct community tours that highlight the unique lifestyle IRT offers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.     Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Positive attitude, charisma, and a passion for helping people.
