WPM seeks a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leasing Specialist at 500 Park Apartments in Baltimore, MD. As a key team member, you will help transform our apartments into welcoming homes by understanding and fulfilling residents' needs, organizing engaging community events, and applying creative problem-solving to address challenges.


We are looking for candidates with a customer service, sales, or marketing background. Leasing and Entrata software experience is a plus. This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday availability.


Leasing Specialist

Location: Baltimore, MD
Pay: $20/hour (based on leasing experience) + commission and bonus opportunities
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Saturday (10:00AM -4:00PM)


What You’ll Do

  • Greet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing options
  • Assist with applications and collect required documentation
  • Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reports
  • Maintain marketing materials and participate in outreach efforts
  • Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in
  • Support community events and resident retention initiatives
  • Assist property managers with daily operations and admin tasks
  • Maintain accurate resident files and insurance documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive, professional, and customer-service driven
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask in a busy office setting
  • Comfortable using a PC and learning new software (Entrata a plus)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous leasing, hospitality, or high end retail experience preferred
