Leasing Specialist – Verona at Middle River

Location: Middle River, MD
Pay: $21/hour + commission and bonus opportunities
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), Saturday (10 AM – 4:00 PM)

WPM Real Estate Management is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team at Allyson Gardens I & II. If you're passionate about people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to build a career in property management, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Greet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing options
• Assist with applications and collect required documentation
• Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reports
• Maintain marketing materials and participate in outreach efforts
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in
• Support community events and resident retention initiatives
• Assist property managers with daily operations and admin tasks
• Maintain accurate resident files and insurance documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Positive, professional, and customer-service driven
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask in a busy office setting
• Comfortable using a PC and learning new software (Entrata a plus)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous leasing, hospitality, or high end retail experience preferred
