We are looking for an experienced Luxury Leasing Consultant to join our team at Highland Luxury Living in Lewisville. If you have at least one year of apartment leasing experience, enjoy sales and relationship building, and understand the importance of providing upscale customer service, we want to meet you! Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred. What You’ll Do As a Luxury Leasing Consultant, you’ll bring the LUMA Playbook to life while providing an exceptional experience to prospects and residents every day. Deliver an Exceptional Luxury Leasing Experience Welcome prospects with warmth, confidence, and professionalism Conduct engaging, personalized tours that showcase our apartment homes, amenities, and community lifestyle Build relationships and guide prospects throughout the leasing process Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, and community features Provide timely and professional follow-up with every prospect Screen applicants using established qualification standards Work toward achieving strong prospect-to-resident conversion goals Provide Upscale Customer Service Deliver attentive, personalized service to prospects and residents Create an exceptional first impression at every interaction Maintain a polished, professional appearance consistent with a luxury community Communicate professionally in person, by phone, email, and text Understand that luxury service is about the details and consistently look for ways to exceed expectations Help create raving fans by making prospects and residents feel valued Drive Leasing & Marketing Success Maintain accurate prospect and leasing activity within our CRM Follow up consistently with leads throughout the leasing process Support occupancy, renewal, and resident retention goals Participate in outreach and marketing activities Assist with resident events and community initiatives Help maintain the leasing office, model, and common areas to luxury presentation standards Be Part of the Team Bring a positive, team-focused attitude every day Share ideas and contribute to solutions Support your teammates when needed Take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through Help create a community that residents and team members are proud to be part of     Qualifications: Who You Are You are an experienced apartment leasing professional who understands that successful leasing combines sales, relationship building, follow-up, and exceptional customer service. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have a minimum of 1 year of onsite apartment leasing experience – REQUIRED Have strong leasing, sales, and closing skills Understand the expectations of working within a luxury apartment community Provide exceptional, upscale customer service Are polished and professional in both appearance and communication Are outgoing, personable, and comfortable building relationships Have strong follow-up and organizational skills Are motivated by leasing goals and results Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Are comfortable working Saturdays as required Are bilingual in English and Spanish – strongly preferred Requirements Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience Valid driver’s license Reliable, insured vehicle Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and presentation appropriate for a luxury community Ability to work Saturdays as required Why You’ll Love LUMA Residential At LUMA, we believe great people build great communities.
