Job DetailsJob Location: Oasis at 30th - Indianapolis, IN 46218Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 Salary/yearJob Shift: 1st shiftResponsibilities:
Oversees Community safety program and maintains a secure resident home and working environment in compliance with policy and regulations
Sustains a preventative maintenance program to maintain proper functioning of all Community equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Hires, trains, schedules, and leads the maintenance team in providing exceptional services
Mechanically repair, replace, and/or install minor equipment, hardware, and controls
Maintain water heaters, furnaces, air conditioners, kitchen equipment and associated equipment
Maintain community plumbing systems
Completes all maintenance requests, both scheduled and emergency, quickly and efficiently
Conducts inventory on chemical supplies and complies with proper storage and usage procedures
Implements safety protocols and procedures to avert incidents and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements
Performs exterior maintenance duties as necessary
Delivers fire and disaster education and performs preparation and drill activities with residents and team members
Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
QualificationsQualifications:
High school graduate or GED equivalent required
Valid driver’s license
Experience in HVAC systems and/or electrical required
Prior senior living experience desired
Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire
