About the Role

Maywood Supportive Living is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Director to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee the overall maintenance and repair of our community, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for both residents and staff.

You’ll partner closely with the operations team to address maintenance needs efficiently and proactively. This position plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations and long-term success of our community.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, or supportive living environments
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Budget management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of maintenance operations, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and service requests
  • Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and schedules
  • Lead, train, and support maintenance and housekeeping team members
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
