Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and oversee repairs to building systems, equipment, and grounds

  • Maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety systems

  • Manage preventative maintenance schedule

  • Respond promptly to service requests

  • Oversee vendor work and inspections

  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations

  • Participate in MOD rotation and supervise maintenance staff

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years maintenance experience in a similar setting

  • Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and equipment repair

  • Ability to read blueprints and follow safety procedures

  • Valid driver’s license
