The Role
As a Hotel Maintenance Manager, you’ll oversee all maintenance operations for the property, ensuring building systems, guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and supervise the hotel maintenance team
Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs
Oversee repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life-safety systems
Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
Manage maintenance work orders, schedules, inventories, and budgets
Respond to urgent maintenance issues and support emergency situations as needed
Assist with capital improvement projects, renovations, and equipment upgrades

QualificationsWhat Makes You You
Previous experience in hotel maintenance, facilities management, or property engineering
Supervisory or management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems
Excellent troubleshooting, planning, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintenance requests
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance
Proficiency with maintenance management systems and work order tracking
Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused
Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends and responding to emergency situations when required.
