The Role As a Hotel Maintenance Manager, you’ll oversee all maintenance operations for the property, ensuring building systems, guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. EOE QualificationsWhat Makes You You Previous experience in hotel maintenance, facilities management, or property engineering Supervisory or management experience preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems Excellent troubleshooting, planning, and organizational skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintenance requests Strong communication and leadership abilities Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance Proficiency with maintenance management systems and work order tracking Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends and responding to emergency situations when required.
