What You Will Do
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support consistent production performance.
- Manage and develop salaried and hourly maintenance associates, ensuring proper coverage, skill development, and effective labor utilization.
- Drive safety, quality, and cost KPIs by addressing maintenance‑related risks, responding quickly to equipment issues, and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Own maintenance budgets and financial decisions, identifying cost‑reduction opportunities while maintaining operational reliability.
- Partner with plant leadership, operations, and engineering on capital projects, reliability improvements, and long‑term asset strategies.
- Oversee contractors, vendors, purchase orders, and storeroom operations while ensuring compliance with environmental and safety policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading maintenance or engineering teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with accountability for equipment reliability and workforce performance.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems, continuous improvement practices, and reliability‑focused decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze downtime and cost data, and drive financially sound maintenance strategies.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to partner across maintenance, operations, engineering, and plant leadership.
