Job DetailsJob Location: 30 - Westerman - Catoosa, OK 74015Travel Percentage: Up to 50% Westerman, Inc., an employee-owned company, is a multiple site manufacturer of production and storage equipment within the oil, gas, and nuclear industries. Our equipment helps optimize well pad design, improve separation efficiency and lower overall equipment spend through high-performance surface separation and processing technology. Our equipment is setting new standards for performance and economics nationwide.
SUMMARY
Westerman, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager with a proven ability to troubleshoot advanced mechanical problems in an efficient and safe manner throughout the facility. This position is responsible for preventative and mechanical maintenance and must possess advanced knowledge of machine repair. A successful candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all quality levels are met. To be considered, candidates must have knowledge of Profilers and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) as well as previous Maintenance and supervisory experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regular and punctual attendance at work is an essential job function of each position and is necessary to your individual effectiveness and that of your work group. Regular and punctual attendance is required of all employees.
Complete mechanical repairs and makes adjustments as needed.
Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned and required.
Successfully troubleshoot mechanical problems.
Accountable for entering data into maintenance system timely and accurately.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Perform all facility maintenance that is required including yard, janitorial maintenance, and snow removal etc.
Maintain and Verify Company Assets.
Perform all duties safely and provide assistance to Safety Department when needed.
Direct and Supervise 1-5 Maintenance Technicians.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
QualificationsREQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 5 years work experience in a related craft required
Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience required
Minimum of 2 years demonstrated supervisory experience required
Must have knowledge of Profilers and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
Advanced electrical knowledge required
Advanced knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing required
Advanced mechanical skills required
Advanced problem-solving skills, safety practices, and attention to detail and quality required
Must be capable of reading mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic prints
Intermediate math skills required
Meter usage and ability to complete measurements required
Basic computer skills required – MS Word and MS Excel; Epicor preferred
Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with management and other employees to achieve goals
Demonstrated ability to support, promote, and adhere to the Westerman philosophy and Code of Conduct
Driving is an essential function of the job; clean driving record is required
May require CPR and first aid training
