<div><div style='padding 10px 0px;border 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size16px;word-wrap break-word;'><H2 style='font-size 1em; margin 0px'><b>Job Highlights</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p><div><ul><li>The Maintenance Manager is responsible for all asset and facilities maintenance at the Kalama specialty chemical manufacturing site, a 24/7 synthetic organic chemical operation with complex continuous and batch processes.</li><li>Develops and executes maintenance strategies, systems, and processes to ensure safe, reliable, compliant, and cost‑effective performance of plant assets.</li><li>Leads a maintenance organization of approximately 4 direct reports and 17 indirect reports, including maintenance professionals, craftsmen, and contractors.</li><li>Builds and sustains a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Serves as a member of the Site Leadership Team and partners closely with Operations, Engineering, and EHS to align maintenance activities with operational objectives and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Owns the site asset management strategy, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs, CMMS utilization, QA/QC standards, and maintenance cost control.</li><li>Works closely with maintenance planning, scheduling, and production teams to execute routine inspections, small outages, and major turnaround outages.</li><li>Ensures compliance with OSHA, PSM, RAGAGEP, and other applicable regulatory and company requirements.</li><li>Tracks and reports maintenance performance KPIs, supports audits and inspections, and leads corrective actions.</li><li>Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness.</li></ul></div></div></div><div style='padding 10px 0px;border 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size16px;word-wrap break-word;'><H2 style='font-size 1em; margin 0px'><b>Experience / Skills</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or related engineering discipline.</li><li>10+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a 24/7 continuous chemical or industrial manufacturing environment.</li><li>Prior experience working in PSM‑regulated facilities.</li><li>Strong knowledge of chemical plant equipment, associated hazards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Experience with a maintenance CMMS (SAP strongly preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and safety documentation.</li><li>Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a track record of building a strong safety and reliability culture.</li></ul></div></div></div></div><p><span style=font-familyarial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size10.0pt>Location Kalama</span><br><span style=font-familyarial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size10.0pt>Employee Type Regular</span></p><p> </p><p><span style=font-size10.0pt><strong><span style=font-familyarial, helvetica, sans-serif>Who we are</span></strong></span></p><p><span style=font-familyarial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size10.0pt>LANXESS is a leading specialty chemicals company with about 12,000 employees in 32 countries. I</span>n accordance with Washington state pay transparency requirements, the pay range for this role is Min $138,700 Mid $184,900 Max $231,300. Where an individual falls within this range will depend on the hiring budget, internal equity, and the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
