Are you organized, customer-focused, and looking to grow your career in property management? Carriage Mobile Homes, Inc., a family-owned manufactured home community, is seeking an Office Administrator to support daily operations and provide exceptional service to residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and visitors.
- Manage office communications, records, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Assist residents with questions and service requests.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors on property-related issues.
- Maintain accurate resident files and community documentation.
- Support management with administrative projects and daily operations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative, customer service, real estate, property management, or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
