What you’ll do

Greet and connect with prospective residents
Tour apartments and community spaces
Follow up with prospects and guide them through the leasing process
Process applications and leases accurately and on time
Help keep listings up to date
Support community activities and resident engagement
Serve as a friendly, dependable resource for residents

Requirements

What we’re looking for

Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred
Comfortable communicating in person, by phone, and online
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Positive, team-focused attitude
Interest in growing within property management
