About the Role

Description

We are seeking a reliable, customer focused Leasing Agent/Onsite Manager to manage our property in the Appleton area! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized, and can confidently represent the property on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and conduct apartment showings
Assist current residents with questions and general support
Coordinate resident functions in the clubhouse
Perform light clubhouse cleaning as needed
Scan and process checks
Post notices and assist with basic administrative tasks
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with prospective and current residents
Basic computer skills for scheduling, scanning, and administrative tasks

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9:00AM - 4:00PM

Compensation: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
