This position must be within 50 miles of Childress, TX.
IREN is a leading AI Cloud Service Provider, delivering large-scale GPU clusters for AI training and inference. IREN’s vertically integrated platform is underpinned by its expansive portfolio of grid-connected land and data centers in renewable-rich regions across the U.S. and Canada.
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Property & Facilities Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of rental properties, short-term rentals, and an RV park (79 sites with expansion potential). This role requires strong operational management, real estate knowledge, and the ability to coordinate maintenance, renovations, leasing, and property performance across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate has prior real estate and property management experience and is comfortable balancing strategic growth initiatives with day-to-day operational oversight.

5+ years of real estate and/or property management experience
Experience managing rental properties and leases
Familiarity with short-term rental platforms
Experience coordinating maintenance, contractors, and renovations
Knowledge of property acquisition and due diligence processes
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple properties across different locations
Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
Must reside within 50 miles of Childress, TX
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing RV parks or similar hospitality assets
Multi-site property management experience
Background in facilities management
Familiarity with Texas landlord-tenant regulations
Property & Rental Management
Oversee rental properties and owned property (Childress and Sweetwater), including conducting property inspections, ensuring maintenance issues are addressed promptly
Manage leasing processes, renewals, tenant relations, and utilities across locations
Conduct rental inspections (including pre-transition/incumbent inspections)
Evaluate and implement best practices for managing apartments and multi-unit properties
Coordinate with realtors regarding listings, purchases, and sales
Short-Term Rental Oversight
Manage duplex units operating as internal Airbnb-style accommodations, including bookings and short-term rentals
Maintain and administer the electronic booking system, ensuring the platform is functioning properly and being used effectively by administrators
Oversee cleaning schedules, quality control, and restocking supplies
Ensure high guest satisfaction and property standards
RV Park Management (Quanah, TX – 79 Sites)
Oversee daily operations of the RV park
Manage leasing of RV spaces and tenant relations
Supervise site facilities, including:
Admin building
Bathrooms
Common areas
Coordinate cleaning and maintenance crews
Evaluate opportunities for expansion, including conducting due diligence and feasibility assessments
Maintenance & Facilities Management
Oversee general maintenance across all properties
Coordinate vendors and contractors
Develop and manage renovation projects
Scope projects
Coordinate contractors
Monitor timelines and budgets
Ensure properties remain compliant, safe, and well-maintained by, working with corporate teams to ensure compliance with insurer standards and supporting any claims processed.
Acquisitions & Growth
Assist in evaluating purchasing options and new property acquisitions
Work through due diligence processes for potential purchases
Support strategic growth initiatives, including RV park expansion

Compensation
- Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and market data for the region.
- Total Compensation package may be inclusive of annual incentive bonus, equity (long-term incentive).
