About the Role

Description

 

Position Summary:
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and administrative functions of assigned residential or commercial properties managed by Adamas Building Services. This role ensures exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and a high standard of property appearance while maintaining strong relationships with clients, residents, and staff.


Salary: $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day property operations, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with Adamas standards 
  • Supervise on-site staff including concierge, maintenance, housekeeping, and security personnel 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, boards, and residents 
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall condition 
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor services, and repairs in a timely manner 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws 
  • Develop and maintain operating budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities 
  • Handle incident reports, complaints, and emergency situations professionally and promptly 
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to property operations 
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management 
  • Promote a high level of customer service and resident satisfaction

Requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment 
  • Knowledge of building operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (preferred) 
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and emergencies if needed 

Working Conditions:

  • On-site position at assigned property 
  • May require standing, walking, and responding to on-site issues 
  • Occasional after-hours availability for urgent matters
