About the Role

Join Our Growing Team

At Pacific Asset Advisors, our mission is simple: to put people first. For over 28 years, we’ve been managing and caring for commercial retail properties throughout the Pacific Northwest, building strong relationships along the way. We take pride in creating a team where employees feel supported, trusted, and part of a group that values integrity, reliability, and consistently delivering quality work.

We’re looking for a Commercial Property Manager – Operations (Regional Operations Manager) to support the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. This role is ideal for someone dependable, positive, and responsive, who takes ownership of their work and keeps things running smoothly. Experience matters, but attitude, follow-through, and a willingness to learn are just as important.

The ideal candidate pays attention to detail, communicates clearly, and solves problems with practical solutions. They like working with people, stay calm under pressure, and care about doing good work for their team, tenants, and clients. If you want a job where your work is valued and you can build a long-term career with a supportive team, we want to hear from you.

About You

  • Service-oriented and dependable: You take pride in being responsive, following through on commitments, and delivering a high level of service to tenants, vendors, and your team.
  • Strong relationship-builder: You communicate clearly and professionally, building trust with tenants, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Highly organized: You manage multiple properties, priorities, and deadlines with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solver: You anticipate needs, address issues early, and find practical, solutions-oriented ways to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Calm and decisive under pressure: You stay level-headed in fast-moving situations and make sound decisions with confidence.
  • Independent and accountable: You’re comfortable taking ownership of your work while knowing when to escalate or collaborate.
  • Adaptable and hands-on: You adjust quickly to changing priorities and are willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team and properties.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
